Not yet. Savings goals are in the works and appear in the app as Coming soon. There's no date yet.
Until then, you can plan a savings amount as your own plan line: on Budget, open the ⋯ menu → Add line, and use Create custom category… if you like. Bookings in that category show up in Actuals next to the plan.
