In short
Under Household → Custom categories. Your own categories then appear in Budget, Actuals, Rules and when matching bank imports.
Built-in categories such as groceries, rent and salary are always there and can't be removed.
Removing a custom category
Westara asks before it deletes matching plan lines, Actuals and rules on your account. This can't be undone.
On the Family plan
The category belongs to the person whose data you're currently editing. Another member's rows with the same name stay on their account.
