First check the security's Price listing, then refresh and test the price.
Open the Price listing (from Activity or Holdings; for Stale or No feed, use the fix action).
Enter the company name, ISIN or exchange code in the search, pick a listing and use Test live quote. Tap Save listing once the price is green.
Refresh prices in the header.
Under Integrations → Market data, test the listing live. A green result shows the price, 24-hour change and source.
For EU securities, try the other format, for example XETR:SAP instead of SAP.DE.
If the test fails, wait a moment and try again. Westara picks fallback sources itself.
Westara converts positions in other currencies into your base currency using current exchange rates.
