In short
New bookings get their category first from local rules, then on Solo and Family from AI, and finally from your payee rules.
If your AI credits have run out, the fetch still finishes. The categories then come from local rules and your payee rules.
Matching leftovers
If a bank product wasn't matched to an account automatically, AI can suggest a link. You can change or skip it. The AI never overrides a clear local match, and for this it only sees the product name, type, last four digits, holder and the names of possible accounts, no balances.
After fetching
Edit a row in the Actuals inbox, or tap Remember to save a payee rule. Rules never invent amounts; they only sort rows you already have.
