Your bank's consent typically lasts about 90 days. After that, tap Renew access. If you don't want any more fetches, choose one of the actions below depending on what you want.
Renew access
Under Accounts or Integrations → Banks & brokers. You confirm at your bank again with your PIN and app/TAN. Renewing covers the types you've already linked, with one form and no new types.
Unlink this account
On the account sheet of a current, savings or depot account. The Westara row becomes manual; other accounts on the same bank login stay connected. The bookings stay. Unlinking doesn't revoke bank access.
Remove types
On the bank sheet under Integrations, tick the connected types and remove them together. Your Westara bookings stay, and so does the login. You remove the last type with Remove bank connection.
Remove bank connection
Under Integrations → Banks & brokers, open the bank and choose Remove bank connection. Fetching stops, and bank access is revoked immediately for every account on that login. The bookings stay. Reconnecting later counts as a new import.
While the removal is still running, fetching, adding and removing stay locked until it's finished. Remove bank connection tries again.
Deleting imported bank rows
This is a separate confirmation on the bank sheet, after the bank connection has been removed. You type the bank's name. Actuals and broker transactions from the bank connection on those accounts can be restored for 30 days. Manual rows and file imports stay.
Revoking at your bank
You can also revoke third-party access in your online banking at any time. Westara can then no longer fetch until you reconnect.
Only renew from the signed-in app. If an email or text message asks for your PIN or TAN, it's fraud.
