The status line under Accounts shows which step is stuck. Here's what you can do in each case.
Waiting for the bank
The bank hasn't finished the confirmation yet. This can take several minutes. Keep the window open and don't start a second connection from an email.
Access expired
The consent lasted about 90 days. Tap Renew access under Accounts or Integrations → Banks & brokers and confirm at your bank again. This isn't a second import.
Needs attention
The last fetch or renewal failed. Try Renew access, or disconnect the bank from the signed-in app and connect again (a new import). One failed product doesn't stop the others.
Card or depot missing, current account is there
Tick the missing types on the same login and add them together. If adding ends without a bank form, sign in once more on the same login. Accounts you've already linked stay. If the bank still doesn't deliver a type, import a file.
Bookings did not download
The account can still be matched. Fetch again in the same window. Fetching can take several minutes.
Nothing was saved after the bank form
Start the bank connection again under Accounts. If you were signed out, sign in first.
File import still works
CSV or CAMT under Import or Actuals works even while the bank connection is waiting or has expired.
If an email or text message asks for your PIN or TAN to "fix" the connection, it's fraud.
