After matching, tap Fetch bookings. Cash transactions land in Actuals, broker transactions in Activity. This depends on the bank product, not on the Westara row.
Where things land
- Current, savings, card, building savings: booked rows and the current balance go to Actuals.
- Securities / depot: broker transactions land in Activity. If the bank sends no transactions, fetching fills the Position snapshot (open lots) so the value is right. For sells, fees and taxes, import a broker activity file. Never into Actuals.
- Loans and memberships: as Other, if you keep them.
Where you fetch
- Fetching on Actuals: cash only.
- Fetch depot on Activity: depot only.
- Accounts fetches both, one bank login after another.
Period
Every fetch, including the first and the scheduled ones, gets about the last 90 days and only adds days that aren't stored yet. Right after the bank form, the first fetch reads the bookings that have already loaded, without asking the bank again.
Earlier bookings
On a linked current or savings account you can request this year; on a card, up to 3 years. The bank often still sends only 90 days. For the rest, import a file.
While fetching
A fetch can take several minutes. Keep the window open. Every account stays listed: waiting, fetching, done or failed. One failed product doesn't stop the others.
If the bank wants a new confirmation, tap Renew access under Integrations → Banks & brokers or on the account. Fetching stays available alongside it.
In the app
- Actuals
You’ll find these areas in Westara after signing in.
