- How do I add property, a car or valuables, and do they count towards my wealth? Under Illiquid assets: create a row of type property, vehicle or valuable and enter your value and an as-of date. You decide per row whether it counts towards total wealth.
- How do I link a loan to an illiquid asset? On the illiquid asset row you can optionally link a loan account. The loan stays a separate account of type Other, and its outstanding balance is only subtracted in the asset's net value.
