In short
Yes, as an app on your home screen. There's no separate listing in the App Store or on Google Play.
iPhone
In Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. In other browsers: browser menu, then Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Android
The browser often offers Install. Otherwise choose Install app or Add to Home screen in the browser menu.
Computer
Many browsers can install Westara as its own window (Install, or Add to Dock).
Opening Westara from the icon keeps you signed in and takes you straight to the app instead of the public website. If you dismissed the install prompt, you can show it again under Profile.
