Chat help is optional on the free plan. On paid plans it's included — we only share what's needed for the question you're asking, never your whole financial life.

Questions about investments: which stocks you hold and how they're doing — not your total savings, bank balance, or Bitcoin in chat
Questions about spending: your budget vs what you actually spent, for that screen only
Your information stays stored in Germany; built-in tips still work when chat help is off or you've reached your limit

Getting started

First voyage — connect household spending with investments on Bridge.

Use logbook ticker BTC on a BTC wallet or portfolio account. Open Live feed setup from Logbook or Fleet — Captain detects BTC and shows a read-only live price (EUR, refreshed about every minute). No market ticker field to fill in.
Steps: Feed (pre-filled) → Test live quote (green price) → Save. If save fails, try again or contact support.
Bitcoin prices use Captain’s managed market data on the cloud app. Refresh Fleet or wait a minute for BTC to appear in Bridge and Fleet totals.
Captain only marks balances you log — keys stay in your wallet (see Bitcoin with Captain).
