Chat help is optional on the free plan. On paid plans it's included — we only share what's needed for the question you're asking, never your whole financial life.

Questions about investments: which stocks you hold and how they're doing — not your total savings, bank balance, or Bitcoin in chat
Questions about spending: your budget vs what you actually spent, for that screen only
Your information stays stored in Germany; built-in tips still work when chat help is off or you've reached your limit

Two calm paths — same supercharger, your choice:
• Actuals toolbar → Import bank data opens a focused sheet on the page you're already on. Drop Volksbank, N26, Revolut, Commerzbank, Sparkasse, Wise, or a generic export — or CAMT.052/053 (ZIP/XML) for richer counterparty data.
• Budget AI (/budget/intelligence) — full analyst view with charts, a deeper Grok pass, and PDF export.
Both let you review categories line by line, apply autopilot rules (Merken), skip internal transfers, and save to Actuals. Optionally name the import run (or leave blank for date & time) and link a Captain account. Choose **Add** (default) to insert new lines and skip exact duplicates by content hash, or **Replace** to treat this file as the source of truth for those months (prior bank-import lines are refreshed; manual logs without a bank import tag stay).
Then use Budget → Build plan to turn logged months into your year forecast. Imported rows show a small upload icon and the Import label in the transaction inbox.
