Chat help is optional on the free plan. On paid plans it's included — we only share what's needed for the question you're asking, never your whole financial life.
- Questions about investments: which stocks you hold and how they're doing — not your total savings, bank balance, or Bitcoin in chat
- Questions about spending: your budget vs what you actually spent, for that screen only
- Your information stays stored in Germany; built-in tips still work when chat help is off or you've reached your limit

How to open (desktop only, wider screens): on any captain page, look at the top Captain's bar between portfolio stats and Refresh Fleet. Triple-click the nearly invisible spot within 800 ms to activate. A toast confirms activation; a faint lightning icon appears. Click it for live signaling stats from bip110monitor.com. New signaling blocks flash the icon and raise a toast. Your preference is remembered on this device. Not shown on narrow mobile layouts.
