Download your order history from Amazon as a file and upload Order History.csv under Match receipt. Westara matches the orders to the right charges and splits them by category. This works on every plan.
Westara doesn't connect to Amazon for this. It only uses the file you upload.
Requesting the file on Amazon.de (the labels below are as they appear on the German site)
Open Mein Konto (Your Account).
Scroll to Deine Dateien verwalten → Deine Daten anfordern (Manage your data → Request your data).
Choose Meine Bestellungen (Your Orders) → Anfrage senden (Submit request).
In the email, confirm the request (Datenanforderung bestätigen).
Wait until Amazon sends Daten herunterladen (Download data). This takes minutes to hours.
Download Your Orders.zip, open it and take out Order History.csv.
Matching in Westara
Open the Amazon booking and tap Match receipt, or on Actuals use ⋯ → Match receipt.
Drop or choose Order History.csv. Other files from the package, and the zip file itself, are rejected.
Check the matches. All are preselected. Deselect any that don't fit, change the category if needed, then tap Apply matches.
How matching works
Westara compares the order amount with the bank amount, first to the exact cent, and only checks orders close to unmatched Amazon charges. Items in the same category become one part. If the order doesn't fully cover the charge, the rest stays as Other with the note Amazon / unassigned. Cancelled orders and zero amounts are ignored. Refunds stay as separate income.
Privacy
Addresses, gift messages, tracking and serial numbers, and payment details are removed before saving. The CSV file itself isn't kept.
This isn't a connection to your Amazon account and it isn't a receipt archive.
