In short
Notice-by is the date that you entered, by which you need to act. Westara doesn't derive it from a merchant's name.
What you can enter
Start date, minimum term, notice period, notice-by date, renewal and customer number. Take the details from your contract documents. Wrong dates are worse than none.
Other fields
- Payment account is the account the instalment is paid from.
- Linked loan is the loan account for this instalment. The outstanding balance stays there.
Reminder
If the deadline is within 14 days, the list points it out. An optional email uses your existing alert setting.
