The person who pays changes or cancels the plan under Plan. The new plan's features apply as soon as the change takes effect.
Free → Solo or Family
Checkout starts a new subscription.
Solo → Family
Family starts straight away. Unused Solo time is credited against the Family amount for the current period.
Family → Solo
Solo starts straight away. Unused Family time is credited to your next invoice. Because Solo is for one person, other members have to leave the household first. Pending invites can't be accepted on Solo.
Cancel
Through Manage Billing. You keep the paid plan until the date shown, then Free applies. Your data stays.
Switching between Solo and Family gives you account credit, not a refund to your card. Your statutory rights, such as the right of withdrawal on your first purchase, are not affected.
