From the loan, the loan contract or the repayment rule, you link the missing piece right where you are – or create it. Contracts come with Solo and up.
A home and its loan at a glance
With home, car and valuables switched on, an asset with a linked loan opens a sheet in Accounts with your value, the remaining principal and the net.
Loan and membership are their own account types
A loan counts with its remaining principal, a membership – such as co-operative shares – as a positive share. Neither sits under “Other” any more.
Accounts and net worth show the same number
The Accounts card breaks down exactly the total shown as net worth at the top. A fresher price moves both numbers together.
Import straight from the overview
You can now upload a portfolio file or a bank statement right from the overview.
Bookings and trades, side by side
On the overview, stock trades sit next to the allocation. Income and spending stay with the household – each with its five newest entries.
